These terms govern your use of orvaron.com (the "Site"), operated by Orvaron, Inc. ("Orvaron", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational website for Orvaron, a product that is currently pre-launch. Content on the Site, including product descriptions, feature lists, and pricing, describes what we are building and intend to offer. It is provided for information only, may change without notice, and does not constitute an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver any particular feature, price, or timeline. Any use of the Orvaron product itself will be governed by a separate agreement.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the Site and share links to it. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, probing or testing it for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping it at disruptive volume, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Orvaron name and mark, are owned by Orvaron or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law (for example, fair use).

4. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party products and trademarks (such as the software systems Orvaron is designed to integrate with). Those sites and marks belong to their respective owners. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link or reference does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site is legal, audit, or compliance advice; consult your own advisors for your specific obligations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvaron will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
